Well, its about time my day feels routine again! Slept well last night, went to class, did my workout, had energy, ate well.. it was a good day!

Its right around that time when I'd start to crave unhealthy foods while dieting. Its only been 4 days, and i'll admit, i did get a few cravings today. Its mostly just me being hungry and not doing anything about it. Tonight though i was still hungry after dinner, and i did cave in, but at least it is so much better than any foods i'd normally go for. Almond butter and carrots... mmmm, my new favorite snack. I still finished my calorie log with a negative net count (which is good).

I am hoping to make substitutes for the unhealthy foods, even if i do go over my net calories, as long as the food is healthy and i enjoy eating it i'll be happy. But I am always happer to have a deficit in calories because thats how i'll lose weight, and win this Diet Bet challenge!

i'm excited for tomorrow, Im making Beef Liver for dinner... sounds gross and i've never tried it, but apaprently its considered a superfood. Found a recipe that should mask some of its potent flavor. We will see how it goes!

As far as training today, I love the feeling when you do a gym routine and it gets easier every time you do it, its a positive sign of progress! and I love progress that i can feel and see.
