Change Behavior to Get RESULTS: What I Will Do Differently This Month

I love this post. These are things I want to do to. I like the one about going to bed on time or early because sleep is so important for our strength and clear minds. I am guilty of going to bed too late even when I tell myself I want to go to bed early! A lot easier to stay on track with good rest. I keep a spreadsheet too, I like making the little check offs!
