FWIW, I find that when I start eating clean, it's easier for me to tell when something doesn't agree with me (like dairy, nuts, etc.), or when I'm stressed (because it goes straight to my stomach). I don't notice it as much when I have the processed stuff in my diet. Not sure why this happens, but my guess is that if my gut is cleaner, it's more susceptible to environmental and food sensitivity triggers. Give yourself a break...you've got a lot going on now.
