I don't think there is anything MORE discouraging than seeing a 20+% weight increase since the last time I completed a dietbet. Even worse is looking at the pictures I took when taking in weighing in that time...I thought I looked bad then?! Look at me NOW.  Yikes.

As depressing as it is, there is no point in asking how I let this happen...again.  Maybe, at some point in the future, I should reflect on some of the choices I made that led me here. Now, however, I just need to focus on making healthy changes to get some of this weight off.  

Eat better. Exercise. The whole lot.
