I'm in the same boat! I lost thirty pounds during an exercise challenge group over a year ago and gained it all back :( Not a good feeling! We can do this!!

Not a formal one! I've found that the extreme tracking/calorie counting/points counting/whatever hasn't been healthy for me in the past--even though it is effective! I love cardio too-I do spin and its my favorite thing ever. I'm trying to up my exercise, be generally more active (I went trampolining with a friend the other day-so fun and such good exercise!), and eat whole foods and less junk. I'd love to try weight training, but anything more than a cheap gym isn't really in my budget right now!

I tried spinning once and about died...but I LOVED it!! I need to try it again! Trampolining sounds so fun! The only thing that has really worked for me in the past is calorie counting and working my booty off! But, I hate tracking calories! Not sure if I'm going to this time around or not. I'm doing my husband Body Beast program with free weights in the garage. I'm not gonna follow it to a T, but try doing it about three times a week, with some cardio on the treadmill thrown in there!
