That sounds like a fantastic game plan. Working out in the morning is the best time of day for me and you reap the benefits all day long. Weighing myself everyday would make me nuts too but knowing how your body is reacting is always good to know.Goood luck to you and everyone. I am inspired to do better for myself by every one here who is doing the same. We'll make it!!!
