I feel you with the going back to work thing. It either makes you totally more structured or can kick your behind if you don't plan right. I'm nervous because I'm trying to do a 1 week juice cleanse. That means I can have juice in the mornings and when I get back from work, but at work I can only have a potassium broth. It sounds impossible, but I'm going to try. I better fit in some exercise too. I got this!!!
