Well, I'm back to work tomorrow after a week and a half off (woo hoo contract work!) and I'm not sure if I'm excited or trepidatious. I suppose I can be both. On the one hand, some routine will be very helpful to my health goals - but at the same time, work is hard and I will be very busy. It's going to get even tougher getting my workouts in. I really need to make sure I focus on getting to sleep early, so I can get up early. Bedtime tonight is 10 pm! I've also been cutting back on tv before bed as I've noticed I have restless nights when I watch tv right before bed. Not to mention there are more productive things I could be doing with my time ;-)

46 days eating well - hmmm, well, I'm struggling with the booze and the junk. The booze is getting under control, but I hadn't planned on a glass of wine yesterday and it foiled my 4 glass/week (since NYE was a blowout). Junkwise - I was really just too lazy on the 2nd to find a salad without bacon in it (parenting is HARD and I was at McDonald's) and yesterday I succumbed to a slice of my kid's birthday cake. Putting that in the freezer downstairs momentarily.
Ok, did that ;-) My kid is just finishing watching The Last Unicorn (a reward for good behavior) so my time is up!
