There are plenty of articles now about how too much time at a desk is bad for business (and the health of the employee) so set your outlook calendar to remind yourself to take a 5minute breather break - take a lap anywhere you can grab it (i go to our basement or the parking garage) and get the blood flowing and clear the brain. I've even read about "walking meetings"! you will be more productive for taking the breaks and won't have to put so much emphasis on traditional workouts. Good luck!
