Why did I cave and weigh myself today?  Why?  I'd planned on weighing in on Wednesday, but wanted to see my weight go below 200 so I weighed myself.

UGH.  So annoyed.  How in the world can I have gained weight?!?  I'm eating at my calories (except NYE and I didn't go too crazy), drinking an ocean of water and getting more steps into my day than I ever have before.  It isn't muscle because I've added no strength training yet.

If I didn't need it for DB, I might have thrown the stupid thing in the pool.  From no on, no more weighing in during the week unless it is required for a DB game.

Now, to not let this sabotage my entire day.
