Getting past the blahs

I feel same way sometimes, that I am my only cheerleader! Lot of times that is why I fail. A friend of mine mentioned the book Chose More, Lose More. I read it and the first 4 chapters is about support and what I got out of it is a way to be my own cheer leader even better than I ever was. I have put this cardboard together with some of the positive quotes on stickies all over it. I plan on decorating it and laminating it somehow one day. So it's like an art project of my own.. All they suggested is to write down things in the book. I took it the step forward of the poster board, however they do suggest putting it on your bathroom mirror. I didn't want it there but I wanted a way to see it all the time.. They have my daily goals each written on their own sticky and organized neatly on the board. gives me something to do when I am feeling down or like cheating... Good luck you can do it!! I always believe that you are your best cheerleader no matter. Don't quit on yourself <3
