So I went out shopping today and finally found Chris's book and bought.  It has been a real eye opener for me.  I haven't gotten to the diet or exercise part, still working my way through the transformation section.  I want you all to be my support team and I listing my promises and goals for the next 4 weeks. 

I truly believe this will be very benificial for myself.  I try and post each day how I did with the goal. 

Promise #1

I promise to only have 2 cans of diet Pepsi a day (currenty I drink around 4 cans and 1 litter bottle a day) One in the morning and one in the evening, inbetween I will only drink water or unsweetened tea(thank goodness I don't like sweet tea).

 

Promise # 2

I will vigorously exercise for 5 minutes a day for the next 4 weeks.  I will try for more minutes but I promises at least 5.

 

Promise # 3

I will remind myself daily by looking in the mirror "nobody will do it for me".  I am very independant, so this will be the easiest one to do.  The hard part of this will be looking in the mirror every day.  I avoid mirrors at all cost.

 

Promise # 4

Which really isn't a promise but I believe an attainable goal.  I will lose 13 pounds by Februay 2nd and be in the 200's.
