I like it! Stating your intention is a great way to start. You'll probably realize that you don't need any Diet Pepsi with all of the water we're suppose to be drinking. I promise to workout everyday as well (there it's on "paper" just like you). Try an inspirational quote/picture on your mirror to give you motivation. Once the scale starts moving you'll be very motivated to keep going. You can do it!! Progress Not Perfection!
