I still don't know why my vision changed overnight.  But after a lot of research, I think it might have something to do with my cutting out of all the soda I was drinking and candy I was eating.  Still waiting on bloodwork, but I now have a cute pair of purple glasses in my new prescription.

Tuesday was my rest day and Wednesday my head hurt so badly that I took another day off.  But today!  New walking route that took 40 minutes and I added a beginner weight training working to my morning.  Through the last few days, I didn't give in to the stress and eat everything in sight.  I've stayed within my calorie range every day.  I need to keep working on eating more veggies, but I'm really proud of how I've done over the last 2 weeks.

I will never give up.
