Well my post just all deleted so this is short and sweet..

Ate really well today up until dinner time when I was stressed and extra hungry. Didn't not listen to my stomach and ate extra. Maybe it's bc I did not have a mid afternoon snack and called somebody who I kind of regret getting in touch with. 

Weigh in is tomorrow and although I've been doing well I feel discouraged after tonight.

on a positive note, I completed day 3 of the workout twice. Let's make tomorrow a better day!
