So this past week has been pretty good.  I have been slacking on accurate calorie counting but I just totally guesstamate and hope im close :/  I have been doing 80/20 eating and including veggies and/or fruits in all my meals. 

I saw a pic of me at my brothers wedding earlier today and was NOT happy with my shape.  I hope I see some positive changes.  I feel better and today a lady at work pointed out that i "looked great".

Today is my rest day from exercise and Im just going to concentrate on eating healthy and getting some sleep so i feel light in the morning for the scale.
