Carbs are really important first thing in the morning! That's how your metabolism starts up and gets going. Try to eat some whole grains like unsweetened oatmeal (you can add fruit and plain greek yogurt to sweeten it) or ezekiel toast with peanut butter in the morning. Still low calorie, but it will help get you through the day and the protein keeps you full. Then it doesn't hit you as bad later in the day. I make these banana greek yogurt flourless oat muffins that are amazing and I eat one almost every morning (only 150 cal per muffin). good luck!
