So I have been checking my weight every friday. I am always so nervous to step on it.  I felt slimmer and thought I would see some weight loss but no success. Although I didnt see weight loss, when I put on my skinny jeans last night, my muffin top wasnt as prominent. :) I am feeling better about myself and I want to continue this journey optimisticly.  Even if I dont lose the 5 pounds in a month, I have better energy, feel healthier and slimmer and thats what counts :)
