So this weekend has been full of sunniness (finally)  and activeness!

Friday I did Melissa Bender's 30 minute yoga video thinking it would be an easy, peasy day and boy was a sore Saturday! It made me miss yoga!

Saturday I woke up and met a co-worker for a fun Zumba class.  We then grabbed the dogs and met at a park for a 4 mile walk with a meet-up group.  

Today I did a 20 minute HIIT and im about to do some indoor rock climbing.  

Who knew weekends full of healthy food and activity could be so  much fun and making memories with friends makes it all better.
