That's awesome Marsha !!!! Great wins for you !!!! I love that you said it is a mindset change and choices you make. I had an English muffin tonight and instead of putting butter on it like I usually do .. I looked and saw I had some ricotta and so I put a little of that on instead and I liked it when I saw it was less in fat and calories... Yay !!! Little changes.... and I plan to start kickboxing soon too .. never tried it.

I have only taken one class, but liked it, The place I go to in 9 rounds. It is like a curves, but with kick boxing instead. I paid for 6 months and have only gotten to go one time then I got sick, but it was a great work out. It is the little wins that make up the big ones. :)
