I have been exercising for the last 16 days with only two days break. I have done the whole, "I am going to do it this time and exercise and change my ways" routine for the last 10 years. I make it no longer than 10 days. This time I have actually made it a whole 14 days of working out. WHAT?!?! I don't ever lose weight in the "10" days that I have exercised before. LOL NO KIDDING?!?!. Man, if it were only that easy. 

I had stumbled on this website in the middle of my exercise challenge and thought I would just keep going. I also figured I would weigh in early just in case I happened to lose weight. I recieved an email at the crack of dawn this morning from this website saying to weigh in as much as possible. So (being very hesitant) I stepped on the scale even though I really didn't want to and almost cried because I didn't want to see the SAME number as just a few days before. I lost 1.8 lbs!!!! THE EXERCISE IS PAYING OFF!!!!!! LOL I am so excited about this. I wanted to do the ab challenge for me and to be honest I didn't think I would lose anything. BUT I am losing. I don't want to tape myself just yet. I want to wait until the end of the challenge to tape again to see if I lost any inches. I am so excited and extremely motivated now!!!

I am posting the ab-challenge that I am doing just incase any of you would like to give it a try. I am on day 16 and as you can see it is a rest day. I am not going to rest I am going to keep going. I will go right into day 17. I didn't get the treadmill inside last night so I will do that today as well. :) I hope y'all have a great day!
