How Small is Small Enough?

Congrat Kat!! I guess to answer your question somewhere in the land of how you feel and what your doctor says. I am in my late 50's and would be emotionally crushed if I had to judge my body on how I look in a bikini! I will say I am looking great fully dressed and that is a realistic goal for me. I starting May 7th and I am down 78 pounds so far and 11 pounds from my Weight Watcher goal, set 25 years ago. I have a physical scheduled March 13th and will be discussing what is a good weight for me with my new primary care. I hope I like her. Too bad my doc who had been on me about the extra weight will not be there to see that I finally did it. I too have been fortunate and will win the three bets that I am currently in. I was emailing DietBet and asked if they have any maintenance bets and was told they are developing one. Once we get the weight off we need to keep it off. Wondering if others out there would play a maintenance game?

Congratulations on your weight loss! For myself it's how loose my clothes are, going down several sizes, feeling healthier and having more energy. I just turned 50 and Menopause is bad for me, with weight gain and constant day and night sweats! Any suggestions for that? I would play a maintenance game! :)
