So I randomly bought a fitbit flex and I am trying to get used to it and use it properly. I have been wearing it for 3 days now. Logging my workouts, food, checking my steps/cals burnt, and even (attempting to track my sleep.)

I think the hardest but most important part of losing weight/gaining muscle is counting out calories.  I think its mostly due to my grazing habits.  I can remember what i eat if i sat down and ate a decent meal but all the little snacks in between are what mess me up.  When I graze I find myself either bored, sleepy, or stressed.  I have had this awful habit forever and I feel like that was a large reason for my weight gain through the years.

Just throughout these last 3 days I have been able to note the foods i take in, and although they are all healthy (for the most part) i have noticed I have been taking in way more calories than i thought.  This calorie tracking is helping me if I can just stick with the habit and not get lazy.  I also need to be so mindful of my grazing habits and find other outlets to "feed my mind"
