The last few days I have been really unmotivated to workout.   Like... Really bad.  I usually jog or do a fairly high intensity workout video 3-6 times a week.  This week I've been doing next to nothing! Yesterday all I managed was a 20 minute walk on a treadmill while I was reading a novel.  Today I am feeling just as unmotivated.  I keep thinking that I used to be so good about workouts and now I just can't remember where I got that motivation and where did it go?!  

 

I had really hoped that just typing this out would make me find my motivation and I'd go run.  Instead my cat curled up in my lap and I'm still feeling like sitting still is quite nice.  Haha.  Perhaps I should get a dog to jog with? That might cancel out the fuzzy, purring, napping cat holding me still on the couch. 

 

I know! I will watch the awesome and silly music video my friend made for me featuring Xena and Starbuck (it's on youtube if you're interested).  I love those women! They are so strong and tough and they make me want to workout.  That will help!  Then I'm going to the farmers market with my oldest friend.  It's a good day!  

 

Just need to move the cat...
