I had a hysterectomy a couple years back, so I no longer have to worry about this problem (and thrilled not to). But I used to take Diurex and/or Pamprin sometimes when the bloating was very bad. You don't want to use those frequently, because they dehydrate you, but if your legs are swollen or something, they relieve discomfort.
