I've battled with my weight from as long as I can remember and I've lost a lot of weight and gained it all back. On the plus side, I'm still fitter than I was 4 years ago but I'm 26, single and know that by the time I am 30 I want myself a hot man!

KB hit it on the nose; control your own fate. It took me a while to get there too. But happy to say, I'm finally taking a stand and doing right by me. Do it for yourself, you deserve it!

Hello, I'm a guy. And probably the last person you want to hear this from, but here is my experience.I always knew I wanted to be married an have kids ever since I was in Jr High. Chased girls I did with a passion. And I always have thought I was a good catch. So why why why, couldn't I catch the eye of a future wife?Nothing was happening and I finally said to God, "I GIVE UP! Help me focus my energy on Godly relationships with other men!" It was shortly after that when my wife found me! I had no idea she was even interested in me. Sounds cliche but it is true. I never believed it when others told me that it worked for them either. So, my advice is focus on your relationship with God and become the woman He want's you to be, then He will present the right guy for you.May you be Blessed Mightily! Most women's cycles are about the same length as a game, so IN THEORY, you should have about the same amount of bloat during your final weigh-in as your initial weigh-in when starting a game. I don't think that they take into account that weight loss often messes with a woman's cycle. Only advice I have is only start the 28 day games when you weigh more from the bloat, so that if you happen to be at that point during the final weigh-in, it wouldn't sabotage you as much.

It's natural for weight to fluctuate as there are many factors that affect it. I'm not sure how often you workout but I have noticed that since I've been working out consistently, eating a clean diet and drinking a ton of water a day, I suffer from much less bloating. cramping, cravings and my period is even shorter and lighter. I used to get severely bad cramping so bad that I'd take off from work. I haven't had this problem in months.
