Hey guys,

So I'm loving dietbet and really hoping to make sure I hit my target weight by the ned of the month but in the last 10 days I have had some issues.

I started my period 10 days ago and bloated like a whale and gained about 4 lbs, not only was it disheartening on the scales, I had incredible cravings and gave in once. I then got on the scale after I finished and saw I dropped the 4 lbs, and then stayed the same for a couple of days to then see I had gained another 4 lbs even thought I had been good. I was like what the f**k. How is this happening, to which the next day I was surprised my period had started all over which is strange but I can accept that contraception makes our bodies do crazy things.

My issue is this, providing I am not on my period on weigh-in day, I should hit target, but it seems unfair that men will not have this problem. Also, women have to deal with the cravings and pains that unfortunately can encourage over eating.

For the women: How many of you see this fluctuation in weight and how do you deal with it all?
