
Here is to another day down. I find that it is easy to lose in the first couple of days those 2-3lb, and really why not! Your body is getting the better treatment of a water increase, proper clean meals and not to mention the extra physical activity it did not have just before this challenge, as the morning stiffness from that extra push the day prior becomes rather bittersweet. So as the first week is really the week of adjustments and sweeting it. What is going through your mind?
MY MANTRA TO MY SELF:
- You are a beautiful being of light energy and your body is the solidified matter that is at your despossal on this plane.
- I love my body the way it is! (took me a while to get to this part)
- I love my body and wish to take care of it, so I work with my body in the NOW.
- I listen to my body and it’s need, this challenge is for me and at my own pace.
- I stick to my diet program and workouts, but attune them as needed for my body in that particular day of the NOW.
- I THANK MY BODY FOR BEING MY VESSAL for all these years, and I look forward to many more.
