When one of these 'negatives' or 'fails' happens, try to take a moment to think objectively about what happened and why it might have happened- what emotions were you feeling, what situation had recently occurred? Then try (I appreciate it can be difficult) to carry on as if nothing happened. Don't frustrate yourself further by trying to catch up and repair your mistake because you're essentially punishing yourself. You will soon see a theme in your reflections, and from there you can think about how to conquer your obstacles.I hope this helps.
