Yesterday was a busy busy day, BUT I did get the treadmill inside the house two days ago. The day I did get it in I walked a program on the treadmill for 30 minutes and then did my ab challenge exercise. Yesterday I walked the 30 minute programed exercise and then walked for 15 minutes THEN I RAN!!!! Okay I only ran for 3 minutes, BUT for me I am super proud that I did that! I haven't run in years. My goal is to be running a little more every day maybe up two minutes every day. Maybe just maybe in a month I can be running the 30 minutes. I finished with 12 more minutes of walking. 

I also did my entire workout in one of those sweat suit things. All I can say is YUCK. After my entire workout I took that thing off in the tub because there was so much sweat. I don't know if I will be trying that again. LOL

Yesterday I kept doing the ab-challenge I did 80 situps, 110 crunches, and 45 leg lifts. 

Yay!!! I am very excite and very proud of myself. It's the little things :) Going out of my comfort zone and sharing my picture with y'all from yesterday. I give you the "SWEAT" suit.
