I think you did well with the brownie situation! A little of what you fancy shouldn't leave you feeling wracked with guilt, as long as you can control yourself. Keep doing what you're doing, remember these are habits and behaviours that you will need to keep after you've reached your goal weight too, so even if there are no immediate effects, you are still heading towards being a healthier and more active person
