Okay so I wrote this really nice blog about how much better I am exercising, and what I am doing,  Stupid computer shut down right as I as finishing it and lost it all,  Ugh.  So now this is going to be short,

My main point was how much better I am getting at exercising and how I can't seem to finish my day unless I have all my steps in. 

What are you doing better now that you started?  Are you seeing improvements in how you move, walk, sleep.  I am on the moving and walking part.  I still don't sleep well enough, but it is getting better.

Thank you all for your posts about what you are doing.  It really motivates me to get up and move more.  We are all doing FABOULOUS!!!! Keep it up.  One step, one meal, one day at time.
