
Today is my day off from working out. I had the desire to workout anyway. I thought, hey, I'll do 10 - 15 minutes light exercise. Thirty minutes later and dripping sweat -- I was very proud of myself!
I've also been very good with my eating -- working towards that Gin and
Tonic this evening. :-) Cereal for breakfast, nonfat latte for snack, shrimp taco and whole beans for lunch and a banana for an afternoon snack. Soon to come: oven poached dill salmon with roasted carrots and potatoes and a leaf salad with yogurt blue cheese dressing. Yummy! Living the good life!
