Day 2 of the Jillian Michaels Body Revolution was much more challenging than the first and not nearly as "fun." Day 2 was all about working out the back of the body: glutes, biceps, back, etc., and a bit of ab work. It is a new concept to me to work out the front muslces and the back muscles on different days. It sure was a challenging workout though. Jillian is so motivating and knows where to put the right words of motivation. Just when the moves get pretty tough, she says something that speaks to me to keep going and push harder. 

 

    My arms were sore from yesterday, but that didn't affect any of the moves in today's workout. I imagine I will be sore all over for tomorrows Cardio workout. I prefer Cardio over strength training any day, so I can't wait to see what Jillian does next. 

 

 

   I recorded all of my beginning measurements for this program, so it will be nice to see the changes in my body after completing the program.
