This is the question I've been struggling with. I'm really f#23$ing busy. Like seriously. Thank goodness my scale syncs with MFP and DB, or I would never have even updated that. I'm not complaining - I like my life that way. But it's causing me some serious challenges in finding time to exercise and eat well.

 

And so, like so many others, I wonder 'is now the right time? I even waffled for a couple of days, before I reminded myself that there is never a good time, and flipped it around - I don't have time to be unhealthy. I'm not as productive or as happy when I'm unhealthy, so even if now isn't the best time, it is the right time. 

 

So there. There has to be enough time. I'm just going to make the time.
