Seriously, is there enough time to live a healthy lifestyle?

Man o Man does this speak to me. Especially because I don't want processed food. When EVERYTHING you eat has to be prepped, it is very burdonsome and can truly affect time issues. I typically wake up at 4am just to prep food for the day for my kids since Im at work all day. If I can't do my own lunch, i've found tricks to not cheat when I'm out. I also keep Extra Virgin Cocount Oil (unrefined) at my desk at work so that if I'm too hungry, I take a scoop and it curves my appetite AND cleans my system out. Honestly, YOU CAN be healthy and busy. YOu just have to prep. Something has to give and be sacrificed to make it work. And fruits and veggies are the easiest thing to keep on deck for hungry moments. I can't lie though - it's not easy. But it's easier then nursing someone back to health from neglect.

I am dubious about your coconut oil but going to try it. My go to in the office at the moment is almonds.
