Well, I made it through my brother's birthday and had a great time. I counted beforehand how much pizza I was going to eat and that's what I did. I was generous with mysef because I knew i would want to eat a decent amount and not like one slice. I don't how some people do that, but it's certainly not me!

I like Weight Watchers because it was easy to plan my splurge. I even had 2 slices of dessert. Now at the end of the day I know I have nothing to feel guilty about and I'm totally satisfied. I'm gluten and sugar free 5 days out of the week so I had to get that second piece of dessert in there while I could :P

Still need to work on doubling my water intake. That's a struggle for me. My 2 goals for tomorrow are to go on a walk and drink 64 oz of water.
