So yesterday was good. I had lunch at my parents' house. My mom knows that I try to shed some extra pounds, and so does she (just 5kg though). So she made a roasted chicken breast (150gr.) with mixed veggies (parsnips and carrots mostly) and some mashed potatoes (not so much sadly^^). It tasted so much better than everything that I made for myself this whole week. Haha. And it wasn't more than ~500kcal.
But I feel no shame in realising what a lousy cook I am compared to my mom, everytime I come home. :D I mean how many guys can say they cook better than their mothers?

Went for a run in the evening although it was pretty late already and almost dark. I didn't feel as fit and powerful as last time, but it was still okay. I saw two boars while running, that was cool. :)

Today was also pretty good. I had scrambled eggs with cottage cheese for breakfast. Some kind of asian stir-fry for lunch. Well, let's say I had something for lunch, that the average german would think is "asian". :D I snacked an orange and a grapefruit between meals and for dinner I had a nice salad and one slice of rye bread with ham. I also had table tennis practice today where I burned of at least some calories.

Daily sin: 50gr. of jelly belly jelly beans (175kcal). I know I said I would limit myself to 100kcal max. a day, but they were SOOO good. -.-

And last but not least: I started another dietbet. So I had to weigh-in today. This last week, I lost exactly 1.1kg for 1.3% of my body weight...again.

I'm right on track, but a little more of a buffer would be nice. So I will step it up a little bit next week.

BUT: "Even miracles take a little time." And we all know by now, that Disney is always right. ;) So I just have to be patient and persistend.

Something very sad to finish this blog post...I can't find my pedometer. Little man inside must be so sad. No cheering for the last two days. Haha.
