Hi Marsha , That is an awesome way to look at it & be proud how far you've come in such a short amount of time . Being able to walk 4 miles is awesome . I know in my 1st bad car accident with both legs & left arm broken & my left ankle completely severed off & put back on with a steel rod in the middle of my leg . The doctor walked in & told me that I would probably never walk again due to the severity of damage done. I lost 50 percent use in my left leg & 35 percent in my left arm. I replied back to him . Dr. when I was age 12 to 16 I watched my daddy going through experimental drugs to try & save his life. He was only given 6 months to live & I watched him go through 4 years of agonizing hell to maybe help him or someone in the future & I WILL WALK AGAIN !!!! 2 weeks in hospital , 6 weeks in nursing home , & 3 months intense physical therapy re- learning to walk; I walked again! I don't think of our journey as a diet . It's a lifestyle change for the rest of our life. U ROCK !
