Finding Visual motivation.

Great post. Thanks for great ideas. The only visual I do is a calendar on my kitchen counter where I record my daily progress: a green star if I ate and worked out well that day; a yellow star if I only ate well but didn't workout, or vice versa; or a red star if I neither ate well or worked out that day. You showed me I probably need to post more reminders around my house to help me stay focused on my goals.

That's a great idea though! And a good interactive way to stay accountable. I use the calendar for my son for good days & bad, but never thought about using it for myself. I think he would LOVE to be able to put Mommy's stickers on there next to his. Thanks for that idea!
