I figure it's update time. I've been eating better drinking water and hitting the gym 3+ times a week now for about a month. I dropped 8lbs fairly quick and easy, now I think I am retaining water and my weight is fluctuating a few lbs morning to evening and not dropping. *sigh* from what I read its water to feed my new muscles *flex* but I want to numbers to go down!!! *whines*  alright I'll suck it up for a few weeks. Come on body adjust adjust!    Working out is good for you.  You like it really you do~
