OMG OMG OMG OK.

So first I must announce that I, Kimberly, won the Jillian Michaels Dietbet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES. YES. YES! It's so weird like, I don't know what to with myself almost. I'm just so amazed. You guys,  I really thought that I wasn't going to make it. I weighed in that morning at 79.6kg. Like WTF. I thought it was just me being half asleep so I weighed myself again and there it was 79.6kg. I couldn't even squeal because I was in just utter disbelief. I still am. I can really do anything I put my mind to. Whether it be losing weight or any other aspect in my life I can do it if I tell myself that I will.

But I also know that the number on the scale wasn't magic because I have worked my butt off these past three days. I simply didn't exoect such a high return.

In other news, yesterday one of my co-workers brought donuts to school. My co-workers NEVER bring stuff like that. (Side note: why is the smell of pure sugar and oil so powerful?!) And guess what?! I didn't eat it!! YES! Go me!

Nutrition (Wednesday- Day 52)

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal with walnuts and crasins, 100ml of whole milk and coffee
  • Lunch: Bibimbap, tofu, and canned salmon
  • Dinner: Ham, tomato and gorgonzola cheese wrap (OMG SO GOOD)
  • Snack: Protein Shake, Greek yogurt and berry jam

Sleep: 7 hours

Water: 3 Liters

Exercise: 2 RUNS! WOOO

  • Morning: 7.1 km (7:27/km)
  • Evening: 7.31 km (7:18/km)

  • Lunch: School Lunch
  • Dinner:Scrambled Eggs, Ham, tomato, and gorgonzola cheese wrap
  • Snack: Apple, Peanut Butter, chocolate balls

Sleep: 7 hours

Water: 4 Liters

Exercise: 7.27 (7:37/km)
