Valerie advises us to change two things a day, so as I just reconnected to the internet (box problem), with yesterday's changes and two for today, that's 4 things to change: to limit myself to two dark chocolate tiles by day (and yes, sometimes it is more), walk daily to work (when I have the time), prepare my schedule for the week and reminders to work out in the house and eat a fruit at every meal.
