Good morning! It is sobering to hear that someone had to stop eating chocolate for lack of self-control!! I make small dark chocolate disks, sweetened with stevia, so no sugar, and my husband serves them to us - 2 for me and 3 for him - with our glass of red wine in the evening. Last night, because of the request to make 2 changes, I had no chocolate. My other change was a somewhat negative one - I ate not one more bite because I overate for lunch. My scale stayed the same and I am thankful! Other times I would have gotten down in the dumps and continued to overeat all day!
