Todays Disney quote is a reload, but that's how I feel right now. It's really tough to keep up the blogging when you don't have much time and feel a little stressed out. So this one might be short.

I weighed in on monday at 79.2 kg, so I lost a total of 0.7kg last week. It's okay. Not great, not bad. My goal for this week is at least 0.9kg because that would put me back to "normal weight" aka BMI<25, being 5'10" aka 1.77m tall.

I wasn't able to do much on monday, because my legs were killing me after my ("almost" *sigh*) half marathon on sunday. I'm still mad about the miscalculation, because those 500 metres wouldn't have been a problem.

I chose to take a second rest day (leg-wise) and just did some upper body training on tuesday. I didn't like the training very much, but my goal is to kill it this week.

My Nutrition is super accurate. I drink a lot of water. I don't eat any sweets. I actually made a side-bet that I won't eat any "Haribo or TicTac" for a total of three weeks. This will be hard, but I know I can do it. I have some stress and don't sleep too well at the moment, but I won't let this knock me off course! 

I'm really enjoying Shaun T's and Jen Widerstrom's dietbet right now. They are both hosts to my taste. Just great!
