Day 2: Now what? My Excuses Won

Start thinking of exercise as something you ENJOY doing instead of something you HAVE to do, by that i mean look for things you find FUN that is also active. Try a new hobby, roller skate, kayak, ice skate, hike etc, if you enjoy it then it doesn't feel like work and you wont dread it. Use this time to try something NEW that maybe you've NEVER tried before and my guess is you will find something you really LOVE to do that also just happens to also be exercise :-)
