start slow (you have 21 months)..... fast food can be eaten just count the calories.... workouts happen just start slow.... focus on a short walk... build on each "step" you take to better fitness, and by the time your husband gets home you'll be HOT and not winded running / walking a couple miles.... As for not hungry not eating.... sounds like you binge.... so teaching your body you need a little food now so you don't eat a lot of food later might just take some time! you'll get it.... you have us, you have db, you have mfp, try happy scale... that will keep your weight in check.... and I would suggest step bet to get you going... Wow!!! we're all really to hard on ourselves, we really need to celebrate that which we do and not focus on that which we don't. So instead of saying to yourself, "I walked 1.25 miles yesterday, I think that was on okay start:, say, "I walked 1.25 miles today, tomorrow I'll walk 1.50 miles." We have to talk to ourselves more positively because I personally know the negative talk has only produced negative results for me.BTW, I call exercise the nasty "E" word.Good Luck.

Take it slow, incorporate one good healthy habit every week! Plan a cheat meal as your reward for making it so many days... but don't sabotage yourself after you win, keep up the good work.... 6 month transformers are AWESOME, and you can be in 3 at a time! I used kickstarters and step bet to pay for the transformers! Its a lot of fun! Get in the Weigh to Go group we have a lot of tools for your tool chest!


I have been on the same path since two years. Getting great results and then let go, and end with a higher weight. I so want to be in control again... ????
