Day 2: Now what? My Excuses Won

Wow!!! we're all really to hard on ourselves, we really need to celebrate that which we do and not focus on that which we don't. So instead of saying to yourself, "I walked 1.25 miles yesterday, I think that was on okay start:, say, "I walked 1.25 miles today, tomorrow I'll walk 1.50 miles." We have to talk to ourselves more positively because I personally know the negative talk has only produced negative results for me.BTW, I call exercise the nasty "E" word.Good Luck.
