Hello!  

I’m running low on energy today.  Definitely going to bed at 10 pm tonight, but before I do, I wanted to write a quick blog for today! At the beginning of this diet bet, I promised myself to write a blog a day to keep myself accountable to this journey and I intend to keep this promise!

I’m exhausted tonight, and I wanted to take some small steps to ensure that tomorrow’s morning is amazing.  Kind of a Benjamin Franklin approach of, “Never leave that till tomorrow which you can do today,” to my morning workout for tomorrow!

I know that T25 is 25 minutes, but getting around to exercise does take some time!  Before I push play, it takes a few minutes for me to make my coffee and find an exercise outfit - but I took care of that process tonight.  My workout outfit for tomorrow is laid out like an elementary school kid before the first day of school, and my coffee is set up!  All I have to do is push start!

Sometimes, it's the little things!
