Amen. Don't let others frustrate you too much. Ive got a friend that wants it but not enough to do it. I've written out workouts for her, offered to walk with her, talked her into joining MFP, offered to input her food for her, sent DB invites.......... I just check in and offer again every couple weeks but don't wait around. She'll join me or not. I hope she will bug I can't make her. That's what we have to keep telling ourselves.
